Cori Banks-Eastmond is a wife, mother, empowerment speaker, and regional director at a popular nonprofit organization in New York. Born and raised in Los Angeles California, Cori has always had a passion for working with women to help improve their health and well-being. When she lost her mother in 1996 at the age of fifty-three to a massive heart attack it changed her life. She soon became an advocate for the American Heart Association and began training with Tae Bo Master Billy Blanks. It was the loss of her mother that propelled her to move forward and become a certified holistic health coach. Cori received her training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City. She soon began hosting her "Empowering Women to Healthy Living Conference" as well as speaking and teaching at Assembly Woman Michaelle Solages, National Women's Health & Fitness Day. Cori's method is to focus on the CORE issues at heart in order for women, to live a life of happiness, peace and joy. Her belief is "when you hear the heart of a person you can get to the CORE of the issue". The most important thing for Cori is to continue to make an impact into the lives of the WOMEN that she comes in contact with.
